Safety Guidelines & Waiver
Dezerland Park offers go-kart racing experiences for a variety of ages and skill levels.
The Adult Race on the Pro Track is for drivers ages 15 and older who are at least 54 inches tall.
The Intermediate Race also takes place on the Pro Track for drivers ages 12 and older who meet the 54-inch height requirement.
Younger racers can enjoy the Junior Race on the Cadet Track for drivers ages 7 and older who are at least 48 inches tall.
The maximum weight limit for all karts is 300 pounds. For safety, all drivers must wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Loose clothing and scarves are not permitted, and hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back.
All participants are required to complete a waiver before racing. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the form for you. We highly recommend completing the waiver in advance to save time!
Participants should report to the briefing area at least 10 minutes before their scheduled race time. Please do not drink and drive. Dezerland Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Guests who do not meet the minimum height requirements can still enjoy many of Dezerland Park's other attractions, though they will not be eligible to race on the go-kart tracks.
