DEZERLAND PARK POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS

Since Dezerland Park is a family friendly park, we kindly request that all visitors familiarize themselves with our park policies and restrictions, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. We expect guests to adhere to these rules at all times, promoting a respectful and safe environment. Please note that violating our park policies may result in ejection from the premises without refund. • Minors under 18 years old are only permitted entry into the premises when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 25 years old. It is required that children are supervised at all times.
• Each parent or guardian is limited to bringing no more than 6 minors into the premises.
• The possession of explosives, firearms, ammunition, knives, or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not allowed on the premises.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only for individuals who can verify they are at least 21 years old.
• The possession or use of alcohol, illegal substances, including marijuana, or any related paraphernalia, is strictly forbidden on the premises.
• Items such as horns, whistles, large megaphones, or any artificial noise-making devices are not permitted.
• Inline skates, roller-skates, skateboarding, or similar activities are not allowed on the property.
• Power-driven devices, such as Segways (unless used as an ADA mobility device), hoverboards, drones, or any radio frequency-controlled devices, are prohibited on the premises.
• Loitering or soliciting in the premises or adjacent parking area is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial photography or video recordings are not allowed. Non-commercial and non-disruptive video recordings are acceptable.
• Unauthorized events, speeches, or the use of flags, banners, signs, or any other material for commercial purposes or demonstrations are prohibited.
• Access to backstage areas or areas designated for staff members only is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
• The sale or display of goods or services is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Only food and beverages prepared and served at Dezerland Park are permitted.
• Appropriate and clean attire is always required at Dezerland Park. Dress code guidelines may be modified by Dezerland Park for special events or due to local or seasonal conditions.
• Entry may be denied to individuals wearing torn or soiled clothing at the discretion of management.
• Shoes and shorts are required attire at all times.
• Trained service animals are welcome at Dezerland Park. Animals that do not meet the definition of a trained service animal will not be permitted.
• Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless such devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents their use. In such cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective means.
