We expect guests to adhere to these rules at all times, promoting a respectful and safe environment. Please note that violating our park policies may result in ejection from the premises without refund. Guidelines
Guests must behave respectfully and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Proper attire is required at all times, including shoes and appropriate clothing.

Prohibited Items and Activities
Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or explosives
Smoking or vaping
Illegal substances, including marijuana
Outside food or beverages
Noise-making devices (including horns, whistles,  and megaphones)
Skateboards, roller skates, or similar devices
Hoverboards, drones, or motorized devices (except ADA-compliant mobility devices)
Loitering or soliciting
Unauthorized events, demonstrations, or signage
 Accessing restricted or staff-only areas
Commercial photography or filming without prior written approval from Dezerland Park Orlando Management

Minors
Guests 17 & under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (age 21 or older).
Minors must be supervised at all times.
One adult may supervise up to four (4) minors.

Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted only for guests age 21 or older with valid government-issued identification. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove any guest who appears intoxicated.

Media and Photography Notice
By entering the premises, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording, and to the use of your likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

Animals
Service animals are welcome. All service animals must be under control at all times, either by leash, harness, or effective voice or signal control.
