Meet Michael Armstrong’s “The Unthinkable”, a 1991 Honda Accord.
This standout vehicle from the 2000s was an ongoing process, taking nearly six years to complete, and has become a captivating model for car show innovation.
Vehicle Features
This vehicle underwent a full custom design with custom headlights, bumper, hood, and fenders, topped with a striking black, white, and blue airbrushed paint job by Lost Cause Graphics. It rides on 17-inch Fozzi wheels wrapped in a low profile 205/40/17 tires. An air suspension system drops the ride plate around six inches, offering a dramatic stance and performance.
The interior had everything customized from fiberglass dashboards and center consoles, head unit, Alphine stereo system, to EFX amps and speakers. The floors were also uniquely cut to fit the car’s interior design, and the rear headrests made a perfect house for TV viewing.
The full air-ride setup includes a Viair 450C compressor, chrome air tanks, 3,500 style airbags, and 1/4″ valves.
